Locally owned supplier of quality plug in solar equipment
Plug in solar is a small kit with 1 or 2 solar panels, an inverter and possibly a battery that you mount on your balcony, wall or garden and plug directly into your sockets to offset some of your electricity use and reduce your bills.
It is not yet legal in New Zealand, but it is coming. It has been used successfully in Europe for several years and has recently been legalised in the United Kingdom. There is growing support for it here in New Zealand with a target for legalisation in the first half of 2027.
